What is YRC Marketing?
YRC Marketing is an all-in-one social media marketing platform. Connect your social accounts, then create, schedule, and auto-publish posts, generate content with AI, collaborate with your team, and track performance — all from one dashboard.
Which social networks can I connect?
You can connect Facebook Pages, Instagram, LinkedIn (pages and profiles), X (Twitter), and TikTok. Connect each account once and publish to all of them from a single composer, or organize them into groups.
How does scheduling and auto-publishing work?
Compose a post, choose the accounts and a date and time, and YRC Marketing queues it. A background worker publishes it automatically at the scheduled moment. Manage everything from the calendar and live queue, or bulk-schedule from a CSV file or an RSS feed.
What can the AI Content Studio do?
The AI studio writes captions, repurposes one idea into platform-specific posts, plans content calendars and full campaigns, generates images and short videos, recommends the best time to post, surfaces trends, and analyzes competitors. Every AI action is metered with credits.
What are AI credits?
AI credits meter your use of the AI tools. Every plan includes a monthly allowance, and you can top up with credit packs at any time. Your balance and recent usage are always visible in the Credits section of your portal.
Do I need my own API keys?
For live use, yes. Connecting social accounts uses each network's developer app, AI generation uses your chosen AI provider key, and payments use your own gateway accounts. An admin configures these once in the admin console; until then, those features are clearly marked as needing setup.
Can I work with a team?
Yes. Create a workspace, invite teammates by email or invite link, assign roles (owner, admin, editor, member, viewer), and use approval workflows so posts are reviewed before they go out.
Is there a free plan, and how does billing work?
Yes — start free, no credit card required. Paid plans (Agency and Pro) unlock more channels, the full AI studio, team features, and higher credit limits. Pay through any of 14 supported payment gateways, apply coupons, and cancel anytime.
Is there an API or webhooks?
Yes. Generate API keys in the Automation section to use the REST API (for example, list connected accounts or create posts programmatically), and register webhooks to be notified on events such as post.published or post.failed.
Is my data secure?
Your account is protected with secure password hashing and optional two-factor authentication (2FA). Roles and permissions control who can access what, and sensitive admin actions are recorded in an audit log.
